Position Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization/rendering software (such as Rhinoceros, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage (up to 2 years).

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.

• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

• Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories that align with design concepts and budgets.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Stay updated with design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in interior design (commercial, residential, or hospitality).

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar).

• Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and materials.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
